Its All About the Athletes
Seminole County welcomes any new athletes to our program. No matter what your ability level, you can benefit from Special
Olympics. And no matter what your interest, there is a sport for you. The best part is that everything is absolutely FREE!

HOW TO GET INVOLVED?
Step 1:  Athletes need to submit a registration packet to join Special Olympics Seminole County. Forms are good for 3
years from the physical examination date.
Step 2:   After forms are submitted, sign up for our e-newsletter to find out more information about sports seasons. (click
here)The general timeline of sports season is listed on our 'Sports' page, along with more details on sports, registration,
    etc.
Step 3:   A few weeks before the season begins, athletes are required to register online. After they register online for a
sport, they will be emailed a schedule and more information before the first practice. Each athlete participates in eight
weeks of training conducted by talented volunteer coaches prior to three levels of competition: County Games, Area
    Games, and States Games.
